Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions apply to reservations made through www.fincabonanit.nl.

During your stay, you agree to abide by the conditions below. If you have any questions about booking with us, please contact us before making a reservation.

Reservations and (down) payments

Finca Bona Nit offers its guests the opportunity to make a reservation online. Payment is possible via online payment. To make a reservation with us, the lead guest must be at least 21 years old. The maximum number of staying guests per room is shown in the room occupancy information on the website.

When the person making the reservation is different from the lead guest taking the occupation, the person making the reservation can be held responsible for cancellation, non-arrival and damage as set out. Only the main guest and the mentioned fellow guest may use the accommodation and associated facilities. Any third visitors can only access with the express permission of the owner.

To guarantee a reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total reservation amount immediately. If you book within 6 weeks before the arrival date, you must pay the total reservation amount. Minimum number of nights to be reserved is 2 or more and is subject to different seasons as indicated in the reservation calendar.

Cancellation and non-arrival conditions

Guests who need to cancel a reservation should contact us as soon as possible. Deposits already paid will only be returned in accordance with the following conditions;

-Cancellation up to 6 weeks or more before the arrival date in January, February, March, April, May, September, October, November and December = full refund of the total reservation amount.

-Cancellation from 6 weeks or less until the arrival date in January, February, March, April, May, September, October, November and December = no refund.

-Cancellation up to 6 weeks or more before the arrival date in the months of June, July and August = refund of the deposit, 30% of the total reservation amount.

-Cancellation from 6 weeks or less until the arrival date in June, July and August = no refund.

Guests who do not arrive, who are prevented or unable to come for any reason, forfeit their deposit and the full amount of the reservation is due.

It is recommended to take out appropriate holiday and / or cancellation insurance. In the rare event that we have to cancel your reservation with us, please note that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of amounts already paid.

All guests agree to respect the privacy and tranquility of all other guests, neighbors and owners at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation with immediate effect if guests fail to comply with this agreement or disturb other guests, neighbors or the owners.

Check in check out

Guests must check in and out at the times below;

Check-in: from 4:00 pm · Check-out: 10:00 am on the day of departure.


For use of our apartments you as main guest are obliged to pay a deposit for any damage caused during the stay by the main guest or his / her fellow guest. This includes breaks, stains, damage to objects, furniture, appliances, fixtures / fittings and loss of keys.

The amount of the deposit is 250 euros. This amount must be paid in cash upon arrival.

We also ask for your credit card details which we will destroy if you leave.

You must be able to identify yourself on arrival by means of a valid passport or identity card.

If damage in any form is found after your stay, this will be deducted from the deposit. Any other damage higher than the deposit will be charged.

If no damage and / or loss of property of Finca Bona Nit is found, the deposit will be refunded in cash to the main guest after the stay.

Lost property

If keys of Finca Bona Nit are lost, an amount of 35 euros per key will be charged.

Any lost property, if discovered and found, left by guests during a stay will be held for a period of 1 month.

We accept no responsibility for replacing lost items. We offer to send any lost items via (registered) delivery at the expense of the guest.

Swimming pool

We would like guests to be able to swim in a clean and clear swimming pool. We do our utmost for this.

As a guest you agree to use the existing shower before using the pool to remove body and / or sunscreen as much as possible.

You must always bring your own bath towels for use at the beach or by the pool at Finca Bona Nit.

WiFi policy

Where WiFi Internet access is provided, guests accept that this Internet access is used fairly and appropriately.

The Internet access provided is for general use, such as Internet access, email, messaging, social media, light video / music / media streaming.

It is not intended or suitable for heavy media streaming, online gaming, extensive downloads / uploads.

Access to illegal activities or use of our network for illegal activities is prohibited and is reported to the local authorities.


Smoking is only allowed in designated areas as indicated in the accommodation and if this does not cause any inconvenience to other guests and / or owner.


Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.


Where on-site parking is permitted, guests accept to park their vehicles at their own risk.

Private areas

The Finca also contains the house and terraces of the owner (s), which is intended and may only be used for the private use of the owner (s). It is clearly indicated on arrival which areas / rooms this concerns.


Garbage must be brought to municipal waste collection points by yourself.

In order to prevent nuisance from animals such as ants as much as possible, we advise you to also collect your waste daily during your stay.

Final cleaning

The apartment will be checked before check-out.

You must take care of the daily cleaning of your apartment.

Guests undertake to leave the apartment broom clean and in complete, neat condition.

This means that you should clean the refrigerator and return it to level 1. No leftovers, bottles and cans should be left behind.

You must bring waste (in advance) to the municipal waste collection point yourself.

You must return garden and other furniture to the place where you found it on arrival.

If the apartment is left excessively dirty and / or not in the same condition (with damage) as at the start, we can deduct the extra cleaning costs from the deposit and / or charge it.

Your personal information and privacy

We are required to keep a register of guests over the age of 18 staying with us, this includes full names and nationality, and / or passport numbers, place of issue. This is in accordance with the (Immigration (Hotel records) Order 1972).

This data is kept for a minimum of 12 months and in accordance with the DPA (Data Protection Act 1998) and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

Our policies regarding the personal information you provide as part of a reservation or inquiry through this website / or third party website, including the privacy of that information, are explained and set forth in our privacy policy.

Our right to cancel

We reserve the right to cancel any reservation without compensation or refund if the conditions as set out are violated.
